Company Statement
Customer service is our highest priority. We are proud of the service we provide and the quality of the equipment that we sell. Clint and Rick both worked for big companies most of their careers and both were getting disgusted with the service that those companies were providing. Not only were the employees becoming just a number to them so were their customers. So, in late 2001, they decided to partner and start Safeco. Their belief is, “If you don't take care of the customer, someone else will”.
